Job Description

Responsible for supervising payroll management along with bio metric and employee leave for more then 600 Employees & to guide Payroll Team for smooth administration of Payroll activities, ensuring statutory compliance, accuracy & on time payroll processing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Time & Attendance

  1. Daily monitoring of In-punch of the present day & out-punch of earlier day
  2. Consulting respective reporting managers about the miss-punch and following up personally for the leave forms / miss-punch application with employees until the form is received.
  3. Sending weekly reports to HO for the attendance.
  4. Updating outdoor entries, daily for the earlier day
  5. Updating Bio-matrix records for miss-punch on day to day basis
Leave Management
  1. Accepting leave applications from employees, updating the leave forms appropriately and seeking approval from the reporting manger after the due diligence
  2. Sending the leave forms to HO for further processing
  3. Collecting leave tickets (physical or email copy) for PL on behalf of employees at the location and distributing the same to employees
  4. Providing leave details to employees on request
  5. Updating Bio-matrix records for CL/SL/PL on day to day basis
  6. Obtaining duty resumption from employees upon resumption from their leave, and forwarding the same to HO on weekly basis, after due diligence.
  7. Highlighting cases of late resumption or any deviation from the policy
HR Compliance
  1. Coordinating with HO for preparing and maintaining data and documents related to statutory compliance, legal licenses etc.
Salary Processing
  1. Providing inputs to HO for salary processing of the employees at factory location.
  2. Maintaining, compiling and furnishing complete report of attendance, including OD, Leaves to HO before the due date, as conveyed from time to time.
Employee Grievances
  1. Work closely with Plant Head, other seniors in plane, to amicably solve employee issues locally.
  2. Handling employee queries and solving the same where ever possible, escalating to HR head, for any grave issue, timely and appropriately.
Exit Formalities
  1. Completion of exit formalities for employees at factory location, as per the set process, and/or as directed form HO time to time.
Employee Induction
  1. Completion of induction / on boarding / joining formalities for new recruits at factory location, as per the set process, and/or as directed form HO time to time.
Recruitment
  1. Coordinating interviews with candidates, line managers , HO and other stake holders, as and when required
Statutory Compliance :Monitoring compliance with regards to Shops & Establishment, EPF, ESIC, Full & Final Settlements, PT, MLWF, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum wages and other statutory requirements. ,
