JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement the Standard operation procedures of the department Supervise all the day to day operations of the department Reconcile and process the petty cash as required Prepare report for the over and unders , monthly balance and present to the manager designated Ensure process due back daily basis Reconcile bank statement and make report to the Finance Manager Prepare monthly bank account summary Ensure smooth operation of the cashiering part to all departments of the unit Co ordinate with income auditor daily basis Monitor hotel exchange rates and adjust as necessary in accordance with Finance Policy May assist with other duties as assigned Ensure smooth internal and external audit Control & monitor all departmental costs on a regular basis to ensure performance against budget Interact with department and hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments ,
