We have an urgent opening for one of the leading Infrastructure & Finance Company.Position: Deputy Manager - Asset & Structured FinanceLocation: BandraExp: 3+ YrsQualification: MBA / CAPackage: (Depending upon the experience) 5.5 to 9.00 lpa1) analyzed Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) of Banks & Proposal of Stressed Units received from Consultants for Acquisition, Resolution/Restructuring and Funding.2) Conducting detailed analysis for implementing strategies which includes inter alia analyzing & reviewing financial data, financial & legal due diligence, sector analysis & overall extensive research/ investigation for Restructuring & Funding to stressed corporates.3) Preparing brief note, financial projections, & calculating returns for sanction & disbursement of credit facilities4) Resolution process including restructuring loans, entering into settlement, issuing notice, processing legal action, taking possession of the property.5) Undertaking valuation of assets from 3rd party valuators & conduct site visit.6) Undertook SR rating process from CRISIL rating agency.7) Strategic advisor and investor to Stressed Units for Revival and Debt Repayment through in-house NBFC8) Undertook Business analysis, analyzing present & future Financials; prepare repayment schedule for repayment of existing debt & financing working capital for completion & running of unit.9) Monitoring post sanction regularities till complete repayment/ closed in books.10) Act as an agent to ARCs and Banks for resolution to NPA portfolios / accounts assigned.11) Conducting Due-Diligence of the cases.12) Undertaken Legal SARFAESI, DRT & High Court Action as a part of resolution.13) Detailed study of Bank of Indias credit appraisal mechanism for SMEs.14) Analyzed financial statement to determine the degree of Risk involved in extending credit lending money.15) Prepared proposal for sanction of credit facilitiesIf interested, please send your updated word doc CV with the below mentioned points on the given mail id.Current CTC:Expected CTC:Yrs of exp:Notice Period:Location:Regards,Aparna Executive - HR (Recruitment)M +91 8291996614T +91 22 2373 2628E jobs@talismanstaffing.com W talismanstaffing.com
