Job Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking a Corporate Manager specializing in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) for our Insurance division. This role involves strategic oversight and management of MSME accounts, ensuring effective insurance coverage and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of MSME needs, insurance products, and industry trends to drive growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
      • Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
    2. Strategic Planning and Business Development:
      • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our MSME client base and increase market penetration.
      • Identify growth opportunities within the MSME sector, leveraging market research and industry insights.
    3. Product Development and Customization:
      • Collaborate with product development teams to design insurance products that meet the specific needs of MSME clients.
      • Customize existing insurance offerings to better serve the MSME segment, ensuring competitiveness and relevance.
    4. Risk Assessment and Underwriting:
      • Conduct thorough risk assessments for MSME clients, evaluating their business operations and financial stability.
      • Work closely with underwriting teams to price risks appropriately and ensure sound risk management practices.
    5. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
      • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all dealings with MSME clients.
      • Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations affecting MSMEs, implementing necessary adjustments.
    6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
      • Track key performance metrics related to MSME accounts, analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions.
      • Prepare regular reports for management on the performance of MSME business segments, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
