Manages the team and ensures efficient processing ofrequests and issues. Leads of Incident Managements effort in reaching Operational goals such as service level andquality metrics, performs QA and coaching with the team, takes internal and external escalations, and responsible forscheduling and hiring.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Delegate management responsibilities below to IM Supervisors, Senior, and Lead Analysts as appropriate whileretaining ultimate responsibility for them Supervise the team and coordinate resources effectively to ensure service levels are achieved Train new team members and provide additional training and coaching as appropriate Handle escalations from internal/external customers as well as team members and engage the Director asnecessary Create and maintain training materials and documentation for IM tools and processes Act as an administrator of Service Desk, SharePoint, and other IM tools as needed Conduct meetings as necessary Prepare Weekly, monthly reports and be the presentable to the management Identify opportunities for efficiency and development in both the team and individuals Maintain proper staffing and shift coverage for IM based on business requirements Assist with recruiting, screening, and hiring new IM Analysts according to open position. Perform administrative tasks necessary to maintain the smooth operation of the team and perform otherrelated duties and assignments as required and as assigned by the DirectorQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Must have 6 to 7 years of prior management or leadership experience Experience with Teleperformance preferred Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools Should have both an interest in the IT industry and technical aptitude Must have exceptional verbal and customer service skills Must have excellent writing skills Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision Must have the ability to be on-call 24/7 and maintain a cell phone and broadband internet connection at homeduring off hours of shift.TO Apply for this Position Click on the Link and Directly Shortlists for the Interviewhttps://www.myglit.com/lateral/cref/5bdf770fb6
