Job Description

    Proactively call customers and check for their interest in our productIdentify the reasons for non-purchase and offer alternatives or deals to ensure maximum conversionsDocument all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system/ Excel sheetChase deals with customers until they are either closed, dead or turned into Paid customersPlan sales activity & sets weekly goals to achieve individual business targetMeasure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarksWork closely with other sales team members for sales closuresCo-ordinate smooth post-sales handover & transitionContribute with sales material improvisations (scripts & presentation)Minimum 1 year required in hardcore sales with TargetsLanguage - Fluent English & Hindi or must know at least Tullu,Telugu,Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada
