Job Description

    Sales coordinator profile(no sales ,no target).Responsibility-Reach out to existing and potential customers.Offer solutions based on customer needs and requirements.Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.Handle Inbound & Outbound calls.no fresher undergraduate required.min. 6 months calling experience are also eligible to apply.Experience in any voice process is required.Candidate must be a keen learner and willing to learn and grow and career oriented approach.Age Limit: 21 28 yrsMinimum Experience: 6months- 3yr loans/insurance/mortgage/finance/collection/home loan/car loan/lap any voice processsalary budget-experienced-PF is optional,25k in handIncentives is No bar. max till 60-70k in a month.Hike would only be given to those who are at present working anywhere .If there is a gap, Last salary will be offered, any gap in employment in last company will not be entertained at all.Shift timing-9:30am-6:30pm-Alternate Saturday Sunday off (24 days working in a month)no MTI at all ,able to understand and speak good English2 round of interview-business ops and HOD Round ,Documentation processMust have all docs .of last employer for doc .verification process.
