Job Description

  • Application support (L1) for in-house developed Applications Understanding issues Finding Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Troubleshooting & resolution of production issues Co-ordinating with stakeholders for resolution Tracking & escalation of Issues Tracking & review of application issues Meet & discuss with respective stakeholders Regular follow up with stakeholder Escalation of issues Application & Infrastructure management Understanding & planning the maintenance activities Configuration of Servers Deployment of applications Application Monitoring Co-ordinating with stakeholders Technical testing for in-house developed Application / changes assigned Understanding the requirements Planning testing & resources Designing of test cases Execution of testing Defect Analysis Review of progress & reporting Compliance management for Applications assigned Ensure compliance as per ISO 9001:2015, Co-ordination for SOX, IS-Audit, Statutory Audit compliance Ensure ASST compliance Remediate & ensure closure of observations raised Infrastructure Projects Requirement gathering & analysis Budgeting project funding Co-ordinating with IT for TCO Reviewing the requirements & raising FPN Testing the infra & moving it into production.
Skills
  • Strong Technical & Analytical skills
  • Strong Technical Testing skills
  • Understanding of usage of testing tools such as MTM, UFT, etc.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS 2008 or above
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008 or above
  • Knowledge of MS IIS Ver 7.0 or above
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & CMMI v1.3
QualificationsMCA/BCA/B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electrical, B.Sc - Maths Certification from NIIT / APTECH / Seed Infotech ISO 9001:2015 / CMMI v1.3 Dev AGILE SCRUM Master / Six Sigma (Optional),
