Key Result Areas Supporting ActionsRenewal DataCoordinate with the placements team to identify renewal cases for the monthFollow-up with the client for the policies to be renewed. Provide advice on any additional policies basis client demographics, business and other requirementsFollow-up with the TPAs and insurance companies for the E-card generationFollow-up with the insurance companies for policy copy of the renewalsEnsure that policy copy in hard is provided to the client timelyClaims supportSupport for smooth cashless transactions, as requiredFollow-up with the insurance companies for reimbursements for cases other than the cashless onesEnsure that all claim documents are received from the clients in time and follow-up for the same, as requiredEnsure that all claims are closed within TATs and do necessary follow-ups with insurers to ensure the sameClient relationship managementVisit client sites weekly or monthly once (as the case may be) to ensure that they are touch based periodicallyTake up important client queries and discuss next steps with them during such visitsTake client feedbacks on services of ABIBL and services of the TPAs for further POAWellness SupportCoordinate with the external vendors for wellness camps, healthcare awareness programs for clients, as and when requiredManage the logistical requirements of the wellness programs for clientsCoordinate with the wellness SPOC and supervise all event requirementsExtend support in managing the client site on event daysMISMaintain tracker with all client services and their TATs, periodicallyMaintain MoMs of all client meetings and ensure that they are closed before the subsequent meetingMaintain daily productivity data and share the same with higher-ups, as requiredMaintain monthly data of all claims (GMC, GPA & others)Maintain and share escalation matrix with the client
