    • Responsibilities include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches,pro-active market research.
    • Good client relationship management,
    • Manage recruitment for Mid-level, Sr Management level also international hirings.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Process management and sourcing
    • Review , analyze , screen and source candidates on various factors such as job experience, education, skills, knowledge, and abilities
    • Follow client recruitment process for proper recruitment delivery on time.
    • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to the offer stage
    • Demonstrated MS Excel skill for maintaining recruitment trackers.
