Job Description

    Job involves managing a team of approx. 20 associates working in Outbound Tele sales job role.
    • Must have 4-5 years of overall Sales experience (In Outbound Sales BPO Process) along with 2 years as a BPO Sales Team Leader on paper
    • Should be fluent in the languages English and Hindi
    • Graduation is must
    • Should be well versed with basic contact center matrix (Attrition, Shrinkage, BQ Management, Fresh Business Sourcing, etc)
    • Candidates from Contact Centre/ BPO/ Insurance industry with core sales experience (end to end) are preferred
