Job Description

    Develops and implements strategic plans in line with the division s objectives. Supports the development of the workforce plan for the division by providing inputs on own department s workforce forecasts. Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high Performance standards and continuous improvement.Core Responsibilities: Analyses the corporate requirements & giving customized product solutions by creating Business Requirement Specification and Functional Specifications. Working closely with BDTS team to architect the technology solution. Manages end to end testing which involved planning, design, defect management, coordination and effort estimation. Managing and liaison with various stakeholder groups during the project delivery and software testing life cycle Engages and undertakes projects in the areas such as automation, process improvements, cycle time reduction, service delivery, transaction processing, cost reduction Work Closely with the product and frontline team to draft policies and procedure whenever new role out of trade products . Work on continuous improvements and have the best in class operations shop. Ensure timely review & renewal that all process notes, flowcharts, checklist etc that is referred to by the unit. Report to the business head on any deviation from the standard process & if need be make relevant changes & obtain approvals Ensures performance review mechanisms are in place and practically translated into action within the area of responsibility to achieve strategies, objectives and team plans Identifies training , development needs of the team , conducts training at frequent intervals to meet the training requirements Leads the concept cum design for timely delivery of key projects i.e., Automation, Process Improvements, AI,Robotics, API based banking Plays an active role in new processes and systems roll out.
