We have since embarked on a transformational journey towards our vision.For more details about the organization, please visitwww.a-1fenceproducts.com .- Understanding the requirements from hiring managers and sourcing applications- Carrying out first level screening.- Updating & maintaining real time Recruitment tracker.- Continuously sending and collecting data on candidates hiring experience and working towards improving it.- Active participation in implementing newly developed recruitment processes.- Issuance of offer / appointment letter.- Maintaining the data in the HRIS portal and handling the entire recruitment MIS.Qualification:
    • Must have experience in hiring for manufacturing or any heavy engineering products industry.
    • Must have 1 years of experience in end to end recruitment
    • Must be a full time graduate.
    Other Details:
    • Office Location - Dahisar (Near check naka)
    • Candidate should be flexible to travel to Sanjan location as and when required as we have our manufacturing unit there.
    • Timing - Flexible
    • Working days - Monday to Friday, 1st and 3rd Saturday working
