Responsibilities: Problem management for Core Banking applications. Identify and implement fine tuning in application performance / availability, leading to Process Improvement / Productivity / Cost saving / Operational excellence / customer experience and also resolve Problem tickets effectively Conduct regular system review meetings vendor, business & related stakeholders for problem resolution. Work on POC (Proof of Concept) for adoption of latest technologies. Work on automation related projects to reduce the time and manual risks. Participation in new projects implementation and to ensure movements into production complies with processes, performance aspects are checked. Attend Knowledge Transfer sessions and put forward the requirements. Work on tasks related for new DR (Disaster Recovery) setup creation and its maintenance and drills. Participation in planning, testing and co-ordination for new database features. Work on technology obsolescence & system capacity related projects Work on system audit, compliance, security assessment related projects Keep the Project Manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved by the team to the Project Manager Collection of necessary data for management reporting Managing test infrastructure for supported applications. Attending Change & Release meetings & planning the production movement. Reviewing KB documents & publishing the same to Automation team & Access Control Group periodically Skills Required: OS:- AIX, Solaris, Unix DB:- Oracle Middleware:- Weblogic Application:- Core Banking(Flexcube) Problem solving & analytical skills, communication Exposure to application support model & emerging technologies across diverse platforms will be added benefit ,
