Job Description

    IntroductionAs a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You ll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers. Are you ready Your Role and Responsibilities What you ll do:
    • Advise client on creating future ready organization, covering end to end spectrum on advisory, operating models, process outsourcing, intelligent workflows and technology solutions. This should cover Digital technology transformation, RPA, Process re-engineering, Target Operating Model design, advanced analytics and ERP
    • Keep up to date on the industry trends and the combination of IBM services and offerings that are available to meet client opportunities
    • Live the Client Ethos through Inspire, Deliver, Champion and advise
    • Work with client CXOs and senior management in the region accelerating Enterprise Strategy consulting, having expertise in transformation, program and change management. Implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value to clients transforming client operations across functions on a transformation journey
    • Deliver client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions transforming client organizations
    As an Enterprise Strategy Consultant, you will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve efficiency for the finance function. You will have an opportunity to build a powerful portfolio of interesting and rewarding experiences. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Total work experience of 8+ years. Successful delivery of multi-year transformation engagements
    • BE + MBA
    • Experience & ability to manage and build CXO relationships during delivery
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills, ability work with clients
    • Experience in working with C level executive clients
    • Strong facilitation skills to tailor delivery with stakeholders
    • Willingness to travel and flexible to adopt to a demanding lifestyle
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • MBA from a top-tier business school
    • Experience in exponential technologies such as AI, Blockchain, predictive analytics, etc is an added advantage
