Job Description

    OBJECTIVE & PURPOSE:-The Store Captain is an extension of the founders and core team of the company. This roledrives the maximum value to the end consumer and bridge between the company and theconsumer it serves.The Captain is responsible to ensure they deliver on the following.- Ensure Hygiene and cleanliness are maintained by People and stores.- To ensure every order across brands is delivered consistently as per the SOP- Train, motivate and inspire the kitchens associates under him and help them deliverthe best operational quality to the end consumer.PRINCIPAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:Store Hygiene & Ops- Cleanliness and hygiene activities maintained pre-opening, through service, and post-shutdown.- Mis en place pre-opening every day checked and documented.- To ensure all equipment working as per specs and their continence logs are inorder.- Stock received and stored as per SOPs- Action & resolution worked upon daily for negative feedback.People Management & Feedback- Weekly Roster for the team prepared and executed.- Training schedule and logs maintained for every kitchen associate.BTL Support & Activities:- To support the sales team with activation across societies, corporate events, and eventsvia pop up s.- Oversight on the scheduled distribution of collaterals via fliers & cards in-store geography.SKILLS REQUIRED:- Candidate has to be a graduate.
