Consumer Shared Services Operations Technology team provides technology solutions that enables associates to deliver on the customer experience, simplify processes, meet regulatory requirements and reduce overall servicing cost for the Consumer Servicing Operations and Shared Operations business units.
Job Description
Individual is responsible for architecture and design, development and Implementation of n-tier application architecture design and development of software components that are standard based, high performance, scalable and robust. The solutions are targeted towards Fulfillment and Servicing Applications
Responsibilities
Should have Experience between 1to 2 years. Experience in Pega PRPC -Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting etc.
Should have CSSA /CLSA certification.
Should have hands on experience in design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PEGA 7.
Experience Leading teams and grooming teams on technology
Experience in Pega Open Span (RPA) , Case Management, Client Life cycle Management(CLM)
Expertise in PRPC Integration with external systems in an enterprise environment.
Strong in Reports and Correspondence Generation.
Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.
Provide thought leadership over Pega s capability and work with business to engineer business process in line with business.
Ensure the implementation adheres to Pega guardrails and PRPC best practices
Strong RDBMS knowledge.
Experience in adopting pega applications with CICD tools
Requirements
Education:B.E/B.TECH/MCA Certifications If Any: CLSA Experience Range:0-2Yrs Mandatory skills

Experience Leading teams and grooming teams on technology Experience in Pega Open Span (RPA) , Case Management, Client Life cycle Management(CLM) Hands-on experience in the proactive, passionate improvement of software development process and practices to optimize business value delivery CSSA/CLA Certified Experience in PEGA BPM, BRE, Case Management must. PEGA DCO , RPA, CLM ,Customer decision Hub- Optional Experience in designing PEGA implementations including class structure design, integration design , UI harness, activities etc., Team leading skills specifically on PEGA PRPC and frameworks Able to transform the business requirements to design and implementation. Sizing and estimation Devops / CICD experience - Optional Has experience in developing solutions in integrating Pega with external systems using SOAP, MQ, File, etc. Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures
