TI Operations TI OPS APS comprises of 5 sub-processes viz. Hosting and Automation, Service Management Tools, Event & Network Monitoring, Custom & Security Tools and Monitoring Tools
Hosting and Automation team is responsible for the availability, stability & maintenance of Global Infrastructure/Servers for Bladelogic Server Administration, Bank of America Cloud, Tivoli Endpoint Manager, BigFix, Microsoft Configuration Manager, BMC Truesight Orchestration and Tanium.
The candidate will be a part of the Hosting and Automation process wherein he/she will be required to work in the UNIX & Windows environment wherein they will be performing varied tasks and responsibilities related to the supported tools/applications like
Bladelogic Server Automation (BSA), Microsoft Configuration Manager, Bank Of America Cloud, Tivoli Endpoint Manager, Tanium, BMC Truesight Orchestration
Incident, Service and Change management on all supported tools/applications.
L2/L3 Application support.
Agent up-gradation and remediation.
Server and application monitoring.
Troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues
Application Production releases
Metrics and usage reporting
Server provisioning
Up-gradation & decommission of all supported tools/applications.
Responsibilities
Working on the Incident and Service request tickets pertaining to all the supported tools.
Working with business users on issues pertaining Tools Infrastructure, agent communication and software delivery.
Managing and remediating the application agents on servers and desktops of various OS platforms (Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX, and HP-Unix, VMware).
L2/L3 Operation Support for Server provisioning, Desktop/Server Management, Software delivery, Patch Management and Discovery on the supported Tools.
Engineering and Vendor escalation and coordination.
Problem and Change Management pertaining to the supported tools.
Application performance and root cause analysis.
Identifying and implementing Automation opportunities.
