Job Location:Mumbai - ChurchgateJob description:Finance:To ensure positive financial health of the school through strict vigilance on expensesTo make strategies on effective cost cutting at the school while maintaining highest level of quality as per brand normsTo prepare weekly/ monthly financial MIS and share the same with HODMarketing/ Branding:To assist in planning marketing strategies at local levels with HO mkt team and implement the same as per timelinesPlan and implement events at school for brand building in the localityAdministration / Operations:To ensure that highest standards of hygiene are always maintained at the schoolTo ensure that all SOPs/ Policies are followed strictly by all departmentsTo coordinate with local vendors/ HO specified vendors for procurement of all material as per requirementTo coordinate with all departments at HO for smooth functioning at the schoolTo over see the transportation system at the school and ensure all compliances are met as per district/ state levelTo take charge of all non academic aspects of school like maintenance, etc to meet the brand quality at all timesTo assist the Principal in recruitment of academic and non academic staff by issuing letter as per brand protocol in conjunction with HR team at HOAdmissions:To meet the target number of admissions as set by HOTo be present at the school to address all queries of parents/ staff as and when requiredOther Mobility:Must be able to use MS Office applications Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel to a competent standard
