Job Description

Individual will be part of an Agile development team. He/She will be required to work closely with Dev leads, Product Owners, Line Of Business, BTG and multiple stakeholders across US and India to Prioritize the features, Develop the stories and implement them through agile team

Responsibilities

  • Design, Development, and Unit testing on PRPC, Pega RPA.
  • Responsible for development of all the business features as per LOB priorities
  • Collaborate closely with the Architects to design solutions for the technology initiative technologies/ platform.
  • Need to Collaborate with Tech and Business stakeholders independently and achieve credibility and their confidence
  • Work effectively with strategic partners to improve offshore leverage by utilizing all the available sources.
  • Provide weekend on call support during application releases.

Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field

Certifications If Any: Pega certification

Experience Range: 6 9 years

Mandatory Skills

  • Experience in Pega 7.x or 8.x CSSA / CLSA
  • Strong coding and solution architect. Must be able to cross organizational boundaries and collaborate effectively.
  • Thorough knowledge of SAFE (Agile) Practices
  • Solid understanding of technology trends, RPA and business domains to provide effective solutions to the business problems.

Desired Skill:

  • Banking / BFSI domain experience.
