Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. You will be required to deliver a range of different types of documents and templates.
  2. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders including clients , sales , product management and operations teams.
  3. Designing solutions for various clients in the Telecom/ BPO industry which ensure that the client succeeds in achieving their business goals.
  4. Create blueprints, workflow charts and reference documentation that empower the internal Product team and
  5. Maximize customer value through gathering industry/vertical insights by interviewing/ surveying clients/potential clients and package the right solutions with the right business problem.
  6. Develop and manage customer relations at all levels including C-Suite to fully understand their Analytics , BI and reporting requirements and successfully deliver solutions/ consulting engagements.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Non negotiable Work experience: 3 years -5 years
  2. Education: Bachelors in Statistics/ Engineering degree + MBA .Good academic results.
  3. Deep understanding across the Telecom/Shared services/ BPO value chain /
  4. Worked in Telecom MNCs in MIS or Business Analytics team / CEOs office or related experience, Big 4 or other consulting firms
  5. Familiarity with BI tools like SAS, R and visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView etc. is a must.
  6. Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
  7. Knowledge of Business Analysis tools and statistical techniques like Regression, linear regression, Clustering, segmentation etc
  8. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills and prior experience in Business analytics or consulting will be preferred
  9. Initiative taker, Self Starter, Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
