JPOI team builds digital banking platforms for our clients needs that includes a website and native mobile applications. The team offers an opportunity to work on a wide array of technologies and challenging technical problems. This role will involve ideating, designing, developing, testing and support along with end to end ownership of new functional offerings and improvements and modernization of our existing solutions.Required Qualifications and attributesBachelors Degree in an engineering field, with a minimum of 6 years experience in Software Development.Willingness to work as a full-stack developerExcellent analytical and communication skills with an ability to communicate complex technical topics in an easy to understand manner.Keenness to prioritize user experience and resiliency of the platform as a developerAbility to work with multiple globally distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across regionsKey ResponsibilitiesEngage with business analysts to convert requirements into low level technical designSoftware development responsibilities of such functionsFollow and promote Agile practices like SCRUM and TDD/BDD.Active involvement in resolving the issues encountered in all environments, including production.Hands-on Technical ExpertiseAngular 9+, with experience in building user interfaces with a great focus on user experienceExperienced in integrating UI components with microservicesExperienced in designing and developing microservices with Spring and JavaExperienced in any one RDBMS systemFamiliarity with Git, Maven and JenkinsFamiliarity with building cloud native applications (public or private) or containerized applications, would be a huge plus, though not a pre-requisite for applying.,
