Job Description

    Graduates with fluent English communication skills are required. Candidates should be proficient in using cloud-based billing software. Responsibilities include interacting with customers for pickup and delivery, inspecting garments for brand, color, defects, damages, and types of stains. Candidates must effectively address customer complaints, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, and manage the approval of bills and disclaimers. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for collecting online and card payments, settling delivered garments and payments, and generating weekly reports.
