Job Description

We have urgent opening for the Line Manager in Mumbai LocationLine Manager- Should have exp in Liner , Should have knowledge of Sales , Admissions& BranchhandleCandidate should be from Shipping Line managing all the line work and god experience in operations also.

  • Has to know the Gujarat market very well
  • Reporting to the principals at all levels
  • Managing the team of people for the S&M
  • Co-ordinate with the HODs of Docs, Accounts and Ops/Equip control
  • Co-ordinate with all the offices of N.W. India
  • Knowing Mumbai/ Pune market will be an added advantage
  • Well conversant with Computers/ Systems
  • Having a leadership quality is a must to manage the team.
  • Maintain a High-Level Customer Engagement rapport and relation with customer and high level of customer retention by regular meeting and service level. Giving top priority to customers requirements and service satisfaction.
  • Monitoring of Accounts Receivables and Credit Control Management. Perform Weekly Management Review with Principals.
  • Liaising with Third Party Vessel Operators for Space / Slot Negotiations
  • Ideally we are looking for a candidate who is smart enough to handle the huge target that we have for the line.
  • He has to co-ordinate with all the departments in order to carry out the biz well
