Service Management - Lead General Description Identification and development of alternate vendor source for localisation, achieving cost effective supply of services with reduced delivery time and improvement in quality consistency. Formulating & implementing procurement strategy and negotiation and Benchmarking, Normalization of prices. Responsible for revenue generation through alternate channels. Preparing/Reviewing the proposals for management approval and following-up with internal departments for approval on proposals. Developing a pool of vendors for all society related requirements. Ensuring timely delivery of material & service and if required visiting site for resolving Vendor concerns as per PO. Ensuring that purchase orders are prepared and maintained for all procurements. Inventory Analysis and Service Classification. Forecasting market needs and being prevalent for the future business needs. Ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings with minimum holding of stock. Timely Identification and mapping of support and business requirement. Work Experience Requirement Minimum experienced of 5-6 years in related skill-sets. Educational Requirement Graduate / Post Graduate in related skill-set. Educational degree in society field will be an added advantage. Essential Skills Computer Knowledge Word, Excel, PowerPoint Good presentation & communication skills Languages Known English, Hindi, and Marathi. (Mandatory) Desired Skills Experience in dealing with a Co-operative Housing Society.
