Job Description

Erection, Comissioning &Breakdown Maintenance including Electrical ,Mechanical &Instrumentation Comissioning && Services of Boilers, T.F. Heaters. Bagfilters, Condensate pumps, PHE etc. Machine maintenance, problem Troubleshooting && change of machine parts asrequired. Executing erection, commissioning, fabrication && assembly according to drawings Servicing, testing, and fixing of air cylinders and valves. Providing guidelines on erection and commissioning Repairing, checking all abnormal activities in the boiler while servicing. Commissioning of Non-IBR, IBR Boilers, Thermic fluid heater && hot water boiler. Give Proper guidance to erection work as per the diagram. Scheduling the preventive and break down maintenance of the equipment Monitoring the Fire Fighting && HVAC System. Supervising in Turbine && Turbine Auxiliaries. Skilled in enquiry generation for spares, steam accessories and energy efficientprocesses and support to sales team in the orders. Expertise in managing overall projects encompassing planning, monitoring, controllingphases of project lifecycle, inter-discipline coordination, administration and resourceplanning IBR && NON IBR piping documentation, procurement, erection, site supervision Skilled in managing erection && commissioning activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection, fabrication, team building and co-ordination with internal / externaldepartments Proficient in identifying && resolving technical issues through root cause analysis andproviding technical support / data to internal customersCalibration,testing and commissioning at site and technical assistance troubleshootingat site. Installation && Comissioning of different instruments like DPT, PT, TT, LT, FT.etc Installation of Instruments as per P && ID and Hook up sketches Designing commissioning and erecting Of PRDS ( PRESSURE REDUCINGDESUPERHEATING SYSTEM ) Give Proper guidance to operator how to work and important activities Better satisfy from customer side for instant service Scheduling proper communicating and routing the correct time visit to client.Mainly responsible for below activity at factory site Executing erection, commissioning, fabrication && assembly according to drawings like1. Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Hot Water Generators, PHEs, Structure, Bracing, Supports.2. Instruments-Instruments, Flow Control Valves, Pressure Reducing && De-SuperheatingStations && Pressure Relief Safety Valves, Transmitters, Steam Flow Meter, Water FlowMeter, condensate recovery systems, high pressure condensate recovery system and so on3. Ducts-Hot && Cold Air Ducts, Hot Gas Ducts, Round Ducts, Rectangular Ducts, Reducers andExpanders.4. Pollution Preventing Accessories-Electrostatic Precipitators, Cyclone Separators, Bag Filters&& Wet Scrubbers5. Piping- High Pressure Piping, Low Pressure Piping, seamless piping, IBR && Non IBR piping.6. Pumps - High Pressure Multi Stage Centrifugal Pumps, Low Pressure Pumps, Single StagePumps, Reciprocating Pumps7. Air Fans- Radial Impeller Fans && Axial Impeller Fans, Belt Drive Fans, Direct Coupled Fans8. Boiler Accessories- Air Pre Heaters, Economizers, and De-aerators && Water tanks Troubleshoot and take corrective actions to ensure safe plant operations and meetoperating targets. Communicating to engineering department after finding any fault in any drawing Ensure Operations processes run smoothly as per production plan,Lead team to troubleshoot and resolve operations and process problems Issue and close safe work permits and ensure work activities are carried out safely Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift changeTroubleshoot and maintenance various types of pumps, valves, conveyers,(Eg: rotary valve, high pressure pump, centrifugal pump). Machine maintenance, problem Troubleshooting && change of machine parts asrequired. IBR [Indian boiler regulation] co-ordination at site. Supporting the customer on pipeline erection Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce setup cost &&time Performing general house cleaning adheres to all the safety rules in the company Servicing, testing, and fixing of air cylinders and valves. Tube design as per site requirement Proficient in identifying && resolving technical issues through root cause analysis andproviding technical support / data to internal customers Maintaining records of MOMs, official mails && other correspondence purchasing of Field Instruments && also related with PRDS SystemDocumentation Monitoring the Fire Fighting && HVAC System. Maintenance in Crawler, I. C. Engine, and Field Machinery Yard.
