Development teams develop the product across India, France and Belgium. The Indian team requires full stack Sr. technical Lead to guide/mentor team on technical subjects as well as contribute directly to the project during Sprints.ResponsibilitiesDirect Responsibilities1. Strong leadership experience in guiding and working with geographically distributed Agile Scrum teams in designing and development of Service oriented applications using Java and Angular framework as well as directly contributing to the project during Sprints2. Experience in providing solutions to architecture level issues3. Study user requirement, develop specifications, design, review code and implement systems in line with Group standards and regulatory requirements IN ORDER TO meet user (business) requirements.4. Further enhance, Trouble-shoot, understand & resolve problems related to existing systems IN ORDER TO meet user requirements and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems5. Highlight risk and issues in time with appropriate solutions or alternativesContributing Responsibilities1. Team player2. Effectively communicating the overall delivery status3. • Strong understanding of Java/J2EE frameworks
• Strong working experience in Spring framework, Micro services architecture.
• Hands on experience in Spring Boot
• Hands on experience in Angular 8 or above and NgRx
• Strong experience in writing Unit test cases - Junit for backend and Karma or Jest for front end
• Good understanding of Oracle Sql
• Strong experience in TDD methodology
• Strong experience working in Agile methodology and Devops platforms and tools like GIT, Bitbucket, Sonar, Jenkins.
• Design and Develop workflows [Design and Development of programs and services]
• Excellent communication skills, analysis or problem solving skills
• Should be self-motivated, proactive, confident and willingness to take up challenges
