Manage the below mentioned activities: l Strong domain knowledge. Excellent analytical skill and innovative thinking. Capacity planning and NPA management. Ability to perform portfolio deep drive and identify the gaps and issues. Ability to draft strategy for increase bucket wise resolution with minimum cost. Draft and implement a standard collection process for the business to cut down NPAs and reduce delinquency across buckets. Keep a strict control on collection costs and develop tracking mechanisms for Legal, MIS and personnel cost. Formulate and implement various standard MIS like flow rates, daily bucket-wise position, etc.Excellent presentation and communication skills., Design, Execute and track collection strategy for secured products which in return should reduce the losses and bucket balances.
