POSITION SUMMARY :Location: MumbaiThis is a position with the Group Industrialization Automation Solutions Team This team is leveraging new age technologies like Artificial Intelligence NLP Conversational Interfaces Cognitive Computing platforms to drive Intelligent Automation Initiatives across different Business Units Service Lines This role requires a good understanding of the technologies research methodologies algorithms tools frameworks and developments in the Conversational Technologies Natural Language Processing Understanding NLP NLU and Enterprise Search areas to leverage the same in applying these to build solutions across domains of Enterprise applications for knowledge discovery in a rich user friendly manner Role Bachelor s Degree Master s degree or above with more than 10 12 Years of overall experience with more than 3 Years of relevant experience in Conversational technologies Microsoft Azure Bot framework NLP and Enterprise Search areas You will be required to understand the Business Problems Technical problems perform quick Proofs of Concept develop and deployment of the solutions using the above mentioned next gen AI technologies You will be required to work with multiple globally distributed teams and deliver these solutions at scale with multiple deployments driving usage and creating impact Machine Learning Experience Hands on Experience in Microsoft Azure Bot Framework LUIS Azure Cognitive Services and NLP techniques such as parsing sequence labeling NER entity linking relation extraction etc Experience in other cloud platforms and chatbot technologies like Amazon Lex Dialogflow is desirable Practical experience with enterprise search platforms e g Sinequa Lucene SOLR Elasticsearch or any other search product Experience in cloud search services like Azure Search is desirable Use of enterprise connectors configuring indexes building search interfaces will be very useful Practical experience in applying NLP techniques and dealing with different types of enterprise knowledge sources for structured and unstructured data sources Web Social Media and dealing with large volume of knowledge content Awareness on enterprise content and document repositories and platforms such as SharePoint and Drupal will be valuable Exposure to applying NLP techniques like Intent Entity identification Intent and Sentiment Analysis and NLG build Conversational Interfaces for Intelligent Virtual Agents Hands on and practical experience in building solutions starting with proof of concept to pilot up to building the full fledged solution is necessary Strong experience in software engineering with a good understanding of software architecture optimization and programming patterns and paradigms Additional Skills Knowledge engineering exposure will be valuable,
