Headquartered out of Mumbai, they are looking at significantly expanding their India brand portfolio and are looking to hire a Senior Manager Marketing to fuel and sustain that growth for the business.DescriptionReporting to the Marketing Director, the person will be: - Responsible for leading and managing consumer marketing for the largest contributing brand in the portfolio- Responsible for the Brand Plan Development - develop brand strategy and manage marketing campaigns across channels - TV, print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of brands- Evaluate potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing- Work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results- Utilize consumer and customer -driven insights to drive long-term growth of the brand- Analyze sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepare forecasts- Business Forecasting/Results - work with sales and demand planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts- Deliver results for the brand level P&L focusing on net sales and brand contribution- Market Analysis - closely monitors market trends to provide insights and data- Provide short term and long-term strategic direction and has supervisory responsibilitiesProfile :MBA in Marketing coupled with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in Consumer Marketing. Prior experience of launching brands and leading consumer branding across all channels at an all-India level is a must.,
