Job Description

    Senior Manager- FP&A- Leading Adhesive Company- Mumbai- Looking for FP&A profile CAs for a leading adhesive organization in Mumbai- Senior Manager - A & SP Management- Manager-Margin Management-C&B Business- A&SP Annual Budget ; supporting the Divisions on Defining the ATL & BTL Approach note, consolidating the proposed budget (as % Sales) by category, by division.- Policy & Guidelines ; supporting the Policy definition for the BTL heads and Ensuring IT enablement and adherence- Driving process improvement projects to improve spend visibility ; TEM module, Dealer Boards, LSP, Gift & Complimentary, Inventory Management- Ensure all Internal Audit change recommendations are implemented and adhered to A&SP process management- Process monitoring & adherence: One person One claim, Dealer/User Meet by designated Team member, Imprest & Advance monitoring, TEM Meet budget and spend monitoring, PO Policy compliance and to ensure standardization of best practices across Divisions- KPI responsibility; Timelines adherence for month-end activities and monthly reporting- Actual A&SP cost Reporting; Compliance to the BTL approach Note, Budget management by SAP IO functionality, Monthly BTL Head-wise by Category reporting, Monthly Cluster wise by Category reporting, Month end accounting & Division confirmation and BTL KPI monitoring- Participating in the Divisional Quarterly BTL OAAP process with the Divisional process owner and ensuring the Action points are being closed as per commitments else escalate in the monthly CEO-CFO and Chairman Report.
