Job Description

    Liquiloans (NDX P2P Private Limited) is an early stage well-capitalized NBFC-P2P with a vision to build an easy to use financial platform serving millions of customers in India. Our goal is to allow borrowers to get loans at interest rates cheaper than a bank and enable every lender to give loans to creditworthy individuals in a safe and legal manner. We intend to build a dynamic, completely tech enabled, loan exchange platform where individuals can lend money to other individuals within minutes. We plan to integrate the new age data driven lending strategies and come up with an end to end, easy to use, online spread of financial products and services. Ours would be a one stop destination for all our users, from providing credit facilities to offering investment opportunities. We aspire to develop Indias one of a kind, highly liquid interface where an individual can invest, render and take exposure against existing credit employed within minutes!Role: Sr. Manager, Credit Underwriting - We are looking to hire an experienced credit professional to oversee Liquiloans-Credit Underwriting function. As a - Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overlooking the entire credit team which evaluates the creditworthiness of potential customers, create procedures for approving/rejecting loans, negotiating with customer/sales: - Hire, Train and Manage a team of underwriters - Create and manage processes as it relates to underwriting - Set-out the entire loan application process, which includes TVR (telephone verification), analysis of profile, documents and ratios, coordination with different teams, and preparation of summaries and reports of loan requests and submission of same to loan committees for approval - Prepare reports that explaining the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money and strategizing ways to mitigate the risks - Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations. - Giving feedback to the policy team for improvements - Confer with credit association and other business representatives to exchange credit information,
