Job Description

Senior KAMDevelop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitionAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutionsthat meet their objectivesOwnership of PL Key Accounts to ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lastingrelationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and externalstakeholders using key account metricsSupervising the account teams assigned to each key client.Communicating and collaborating with the warehouse, merchandising, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients needs are met.Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each clients long-term goals.
