*DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for providing technical support for Dixell range of products and solutions and develop strong relationships with end user customers in Retail, Cold Chain warehousing companies, OEMs that manufacture kitchen equipment, Panel AC, Chiller units, and other companies that may require Electronic Controllers. In the assigned market, the incumbent will support distributors of Dixell, on technical competence for product selection and field technical support.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for complete range of Dixell productsIdentify target customers and develop relationshipsUnderstand market & channel dynamics across all applicable segmentsSuccessful completion of duties as assigned without direct supervisionDevelop programs in Isagraf software to support OEM s and distributor in their applications Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and provide a high level of satisfaction to key decision makers and influencers Provide technical support as needed at all customer levels Provide customer training and further educational efforts for customers Meet OEMs on regular basis for market feedback and support Attend trade shows to identify new business opportunityGet conversant with Ipro programming using Isagraf softwareWork with cross functional teams and support their electronic controller s initiative to offer bundled solution Understand full range of parametric controllers with each parameter understanding and support customers to use the controller with right parameter setting Use Wizmate, Isagraf, Visoprog, LibBuilder software on regular basis and share the expertise with OEMs and distributors Be the single point of contact for all technical issues arising from Distributor/OEMs and resolve them with support from Manila & Italy team as necessary.
