Job Description

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • To assist the consultancy, operation and IT projects team to deliver the related designs.
  • To prepare parking design drawings and necessary details associated with the designs.
  • Ability to work on Microsoft presentations.
  • Knowledge of Auto turn/ Auto track software preferred.

Team Work

  • Coordinate with team members and coordinate the work status.
  • Share seek information relevant to the progress of the assignment.

Quality management

  • Ensure reports / drawings sent are error free.
  • Develop processes to ensure error free output / follow existing quality processes.
  • Follow the existing quality standards of Secure and develop process for improvement.

B. KEY COMPETENCIES

Desired Candidate Profile-

  • A full time course in draftsman ship from recognised institute.
  • 7 to 10 years of post-qualification work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD and Auto Turn4 (preferred).
  • Knowledge and understanding of Architecture layouts pertaining to residential buildings, Malls, Commercial Offices etc. Knowledge on highways designs and intersections designs desirable.

Software Knowledge- MS Office, Auto CAD.
