1. Define and refine WAN architecture standards that address therequirements to support business requirements.2. Partner withnetwork hardware/software vendors to define solutionconfigurations that leverage latest capabilities and providestable and reliable operations.3. Define and implement servicestandards and practices that align services with the needs ofthe business. Define and monitor adherence to Service LevelAgreements (SLA) and industry best practices.4. Create,maintain, implement, and test appropriate contingency plans.5.Define key management reports required to validate globalcompliance with architecture, operations, and securitystandards, and identify automated ways of producing thesereports.6. Collaborate with other network architects to provideintegrated network solutions that incorporate wireless and wiredaccess, data center and hybrid cloud connectivity, remoteaccess, and network security. Identify and evaluate theintegration of new technologies for the SD-WAN includingadditional automation to respond to shifting demand, dynamicreconfiguration to address security threats, and analysis oftraffic patterns to predict future needs.7. Identify recurringincidents and find solutions by leading support groups throughroot cause analysis sessions, major incident review, trending,elimination of known errors, problem ticket follows through,etc.8. Collaborate with other squads within the CIO organizationon services and applications integration and optimization,advising on optimal use of SD-WAN resources to meet customerneeds.9. Troubleshoot complex network performance issues withother network engineers to identify root cause and recommendsolutions., 1. Attention to detail2. Good communication skills3.
