This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesThe Martech tribe is looking for an experienced Scrum Master who has a track record of delivering projects using Agile principles and methodologies.Principal Duties include:

  • Helping team members and stakeholders understand and enact Agile values and empirical product development
  • Planning Scrum implementation within the organization
  • Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
More specifically, the Scrum Master will collaborate with the Product Owner in the following ways:
  • Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management
  • Helping the Squad understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
  • Understanding product planning in an empirical environment
  • Ensuring the Product Owner knows to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value
  • Understanding and practicing agility; and facilitating practices as needed
Practicing servant-leadership, the scrum master will enable the scrum team through:
  • Coaching the Squad in self-organization and cross-functionality
  • Helping the Squad to create high-value products
  • Removing impediments to the Squad s progress
In addition to the above responsibilities we would also expect a successful candidate to we well-versed with project delivery in general including other frameworks such as Kanban, Lean and Waterfall. Experience working with vendors is a plus, as is prior exposure to scrum mastership in a tribe structure.Our Ideal Candidate
  • Qualifications: CSM or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ Years as scrum master or cognate roles.
  • Knowledge of Platforms, Cloud, AI & Data
  • Hands on agile project delivery, including frameworks such as XP, Kanban, Lean, Scrum.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and stakeholder management.
  • Strong experience running Agile ceremonies including retrospectives.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration, TDD, Automated Testing, User Story estimation, Jira and Confluence.
