1. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues 2. Set individual sales targets with sales team 3. Investigate lost sales and customer accounts 14. Track, collate and interpret sales figures 15.Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue 16.Generate timely sales reports 17.Develop pricing schedules and rates 18.Formulate sales policies and procedures 19.Help prepare budgets 20.Control expenses and monitor budgets 21.Maintain inventory control 22.Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis 23.Analyze data to identify sales opportunities 24.Develop promotional ideas and material 25.Attend trade meetings and industry conventions 26.Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts 27.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills in order to identify understand and address operational and technical Working Days 6 Days a week( 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Nature: Full Time Gender No PreferenceSalary 3 Lac To 9 Lac P.A.
