Job Description

Position - Sales Support CoordinatorExperience- 0 or 1 yearFresher preferred B.E/ B.TechLocation- Mumbai(Dahisar) Industry -Manufacturing (Work from office )Role Purpose: Contributing towards customer delight by timely providing appropriate support/solutions customer related issuesDETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:-Act as a single point of contact for the pool of customers for resolving the issues & serving them timely.

  1. Carry out vendor/customer registration process.
  2. Provide documentation support for the E-Tendering.
  3. Creation of Sales order (SO).
  4. Issuing work orders to the plant timely.
  5. Timely follow & co-ordination (with PPC- CPC- Logistics- Packing) till dispatch of material & later.
  6. Prepare monthly review presentations.
  7. Timely follow up for outstanding and provide updates.
  8. Release of PI.
  9. Updating order status to all stakeholders.
  10. Basic ISO Knowledge and updation of SOP.
SKILLS:
  1. Coordination
  2. Communication (Good command on Language - English)
  3. Reading and technical drawings
KNOWLEDGE:
  1. Manufacturing/Planning/Logistics related internal process, coordination
  2. Project Management - PMP certification can be advantage
  3. QMS / ISO / Six Sigma exposure can be added advantage
