Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forSales Support Coordinator - Mumbai Experience- 0 or 1 year Fresher preferred B.E/ B.Tech Location - Mumbai(Dahisar) Industry - Manufacturing (Work from office ) Role Purpose: Contributing towards customer delight by timely providing appropriate support/solutions customer related issues DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:- Act as a single point of contact for the pool of customers for resolving the issues & serving them timely. Carry out vendor/customer registration process. Provide documentation support for the E-Tendering. Creation of Sales order (SO). Issuing work orders to the plant timely. Timely follow & co-ordination (with PPC- CPC- Logistics- Packing) till dispatch of material & later. Prepare monthly review presentations. Timely follow up for outstanding and provide updates. Release of PI. Updating order status to all stakeholders. Basic ISO Knowledge and updation of SOP. SKILLS: Coordination Communication (Good command on Language - English) Reading and technical drawings KNOWLEDGE: Manufacturing/Planning/Logistics related internal process, coordination Project Management - PMP certification can be advantage QMS / ISO / Six Sigma exposure can be added advantageRegards,HR Team
