The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of paints, coatings, products related to home decor, bath fittings and providing of related services.Job Title: DSR ServiceDepartment: Project SalesReporting to: Project Sales OfficerGrade: Level-2Payroll : Third Party PayrollRole Requirements/SpecificationsQualifications:Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree in any stream(BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) with a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation. The graduation must be through a full time, regular day courseDesired Candidate:Preferred Only Male 1-2 Years of Institutional Sales Experience but Freshers can also apply Functional Competencies:Should know how to use basic of computing (MS Office etc.)Behavioral Competencies:Languages: Knowledge of English and regional languageSalary Structure: INR 19500 (In Hand Monthly)Location: Dahisar to Bandra (Nearby Location )Role Descriptions:

  • Responsible for servicing sites and enhancing customer experience
  • To provide technical support to sales officers and technical officers
  • Need to update the specific formats on regular basis on specific sites committed by Company
Primary Resposibilities:
  • Responsible for execution of work at assigned for paint or waterproofing application site according to defined timelines and agreed upon specifications
  • Interacting and collaborating with relevant site stakeholders to ensure expectation match and smooth execution
  • Attending any site related complaints and ensuring resolution of the same, also collaborating with the Technologist wherever required
  • Ensure the proper shade match for the paint products as per the client requirement as also sharing the product knowledge
  • Providing customers with site support services such as sampling and fore site
  • Preparing and sharing DVR and other reports as required by the organization
  • Co-ordination with painters for sampling purpose
Scope Of Work:
  1. Financial Scope (Range of financial spend): Not required
  2. People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports): Not required
  3. Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide): It should be a defined territory or PSO linked accounts(1 to 2 PSOs based on the no of accounts handled)
  4. Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other): APPS-Territory specific/Area specific
