Job descriptionSales Strategy Development:Develop comprehensive sales strategies for both general trade and modern trade channels to achieve revenue and market share growth.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Team Management:Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement.Customer Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers in both general trade and modern trade segments.Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with key partners.Budgeting and Forecasting:Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies to achieve targets.Prepare sales forecasts and monitor progress towards goals regularly.Market Expansion:Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion in both general trade and modern trade.Develop entry strategies for new markets and channels.
