Job Description

  • Handling tender related documentation & Uploading online tenders.
  • Registration & maintaining GEM portal. PO processing for GEM portal.
  • Documentation for payment & regular payment follow up for tender business.
  • Registration of online tender portals & maintaining log in details.
  • Coordinating with Finance department for PBG & EMD.
  • PBG & EMD follow with tender authorities.
  • Working with the sales team for complete data on the orders received and entry into Sales Order.
  • Production: Ensuring timely dispatches by coordinating with production
  • Dealers: Making sure that the payments are done on time by sending PI and ensuring timely pickup of consignment with regular follow ups.
  • Co-ordinating with dispatch department for tender specific dispatch related documents.
  • Preparing & Maintaining MIS sheet for tender business.
Qualifications & Experience
  • BA/ B.Com./ BSC / BMS
  • Must have a good command over the spoken Marathi, Hindi and English language.
  • Should be well organized and have an ingrained systematic working style
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar
