Job Description

Job titleSales CoordinatorDepartmentSales & MarketingReports toDirector Industry : Pharma Manufacturing Unit.Duties and responsibilities

  • Working with the sales team for complete data on the orders received and entry into Sales Order.
  • Making sure that the payments are done on time by sending PI and ensuring timely pickup of consignment with regular follow ups
  • Keeping customers & dealers informed of delays and delivery dates.
  • Must be able to assist sales representatives for any activities assigned.
  • Production: Ensuring timely dispatches by coordinating with production
  • Reporting: Report to managers about any delays in production, payments from dealers, delay in dispatch and giving weekly updates of the same
Qualifications & Experience
  • Com. Good score in academics essential
  • Must have a good command over Marathi, Hindi and English (verbal & written)
  • Should be well organized and have an ingrained systematic working style
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar
