Job Description

Location: Vile Parle, MumbaiJob Responsibilities:-

  1. Handling NRI and HNI clients.
  2. Will be handling the complete project of Crest at Vile Parle
  3. Achieve targets set by the company in relation to legal completions (units sold),
  4. Marketing Budget Spend, average selling price, sales selling overhead.
  5. Refine overall brand positioning, USP and create brand guidelines.
  6. Create brand architecture and sub-brands defining their USPs and positioning in line with the overall positioning.
  7. Create sub-brand guidelines and guiding principles.
  8. Promote and enhance the brand and brand image.
  9. Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
  10. Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models.
  11. Design relevant marketing and sales strategy.
  12. Create marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post launch era consistent with the overall business strategy.
  13. Define Target Markets.
  14. Manage sales administration process including cooperation with the legal department
  15. Manage sales collection process including cooperation with the finance department.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Any Graduate
  2. The role will require a highly successful and target orientated Real Estate Sales professional with flair and personality.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Experience- 4+ yrs.
  5. Currently working in a developer company and experience into Luxury residences.
  6. Should have complete knowledge of sales and marketing in Real estate Developer.
