Job Description

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the as-is business process and solution report automation working with all stakeholders
  • Innovate and engineer process designs to improve efficiency, enhance controls, and prepare automation
  • Design and develop automated controls using the Alteryx, Qlik and Tableau Platform
  • Constantly improving SDLC process, actively participating in adopting best industry practices
  • Understand the functional specifications from management in a clear and concise manner
  • Facilitate the performance tuning of reports and universes and timely issue resolution related to reporting support
  • Co-ordinate across global teams to deliver on the reports
  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Provide Resiliency Support on Service / Reporting tools such as report Alteryx, Qlik, tableau, excel etc.
  • Provide support to team colleagues as required
  • Alteryx administration experience and familiarity would be added advantage
Required capabilities:
  • 7+ years of experience in Alteryx & Business Intelligence tools (QlikView, Qlik Sense or Tableau).
  • Experience in R programming / Python a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of relational database design, programming, database warehouse star schema design and structure
  • Dedication to complete application development life-cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment.
  • Self-motivated, able to work with a project-based environment
  • Demonstrated history of functioning independently while working well in a team oriented environment, taking the initiative to be productive and efficient.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with users of diverse backgrounds and skill levels from the novice users to the business stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment
  • Background in finance, risk and compliance
