Job Description

We have requirement ofRELATIONSHIP MANAGER - EQUITYLocation : MumbaiExperience : 2 to 8 YearsSalary : As per your experienceJob Responsibility:

  • Profiling Clients & suggesting financial products (Equity) to meet customer needs as per their risk appetite.
  • Responsible for activation of trading account of clients, assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand the dynamics of market.
  • Placing orders on behalf of clients based on Clients request. Update client for order and trade on recorded line after / during market hours.
  • Achieving the business target assigned in terms of generating revenue, acquiring minimum 2 new accounts, enhancing & upgrading the client relationship. Maintain 0% dealing error.
  • Maintain daily clients activity
  • Ensuring the highest level of service to the clients.
  • Ensure resolution of client queries within TAT.
  • Activate dormant clients.
  • Ensure regular client meetings.
  • Responsible for cross selling products like Mutual Fund, SIPs, IPOs, and other Sharekhan products to the existing set of customers.
  • Follow guidelines of Compliance and Risk management.
Required Qualification
  • Graduate / Post Graduate / NISM Certification required
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in handling retail / HNI clients
  • Background from broking industry possessing equity as one of their core products
  • Knowledge of technical charts
