    Job description1. Recruitment of POSP and Business Partners to sell Life / Health Insurance2. Provide Training and sales call support to POSP/Business Partners.3. To build strong relationships with all the Insurance partners and business partners to run the function smoothly.4. To ensure regular meetings with POSP /Business partners to generate leads on a regular basis.5. Need to do lead generation activities on a weekly basis for recruitment and sales.6. Responsible for recruitment of POSP and their activation on a monthly basis with LIFE,Health/motor insurance.7. Need to maintain Quality recruitment and Quality Business sourcing always as per company and IRDA guidelines.8. Responsible for Renewal collection from next year onwards.
