Job Description

    A regional training manager focuses on improving and upskilling employees of a company located in different regions. The regional training manager works with employees, provides assessments, evaluations, and determinations on what areas need improvement and development. It is also the regional training managers job to conduct inspections of employees for improvements in their skills after training. The regional training manager is needed to fine-tune the training method better to fit certain regions, especially concerning cultural, regional, and ethnic factors that need to be considered.Regional training manager provides training and quality support, development of metrics and dashboards in line with customer requirements.Identify and lead the process of finding acquisitions in the region to further enhance and develop the training business in conjunction with segments heads and regional / country business managersA strong communicator, who is comfortable presenting material to senior business leaders with client centric can do attitudeInitial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with Zonal Managers & Business HRGrow and develop our employees, supporting the business requirements and personal career ambitions, while also improving quality by site, team and individualDevelopment of a blended training approach incorporating both classroom web-based deliveryAble to demonstrate the ability to effectively listen, partner, and consult to obtain optimal resultsAble to translate issues in to a set of articulated operating requirementsHighly organized with ability to proven track record of delivery of resultsAbility to work collaboratively and drive decision making in a global environmentDuring the period August through April the Regional Training Manager will conduct training workshops throughout the region
