This has been possible by virtue of sincere hard work put in by our team of dedicated individuals & modern infrastructure.We are looking out for Regional Manager- ( Sales)- FTL for Mumbai and chennai locations.PFB the details1) Client - Leading Logistics company2) Role- Regional Manager- Sales( FTL)- Full Truck Load3) Locations- Mumbai and Chennai4) Experience -Graduate with 12-15 years of experience in marketing FTL (Full Truck Load),Experience in FTL with good customer base is must.5) Joining - Maximum 30 days or lessTHE JD IS AS FOLLOWSJob description--Develops a business plan and sales strategy for FTL business for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability-Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives-Maintains healthy receivables monitor level of bad debts for sales team-Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects-Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets-Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed-Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive s sales and activity performance-Provides weekly EOWs monthly Sales Report to General Manager regarding sales performance-Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives-Responsible for lead generation -Customer and preparation of report as per company(GIR) requirement.-New Business Development and maintaining good relation with the existing clients.-customer billing-Meeting targets and responsible for follow up and final realization of payments from customers.If the position interests you and you find a fitmemt kindly share your cv athidden_emailor contactPranav- hidden_mobileKindly share the following details-Current ctc n notice period-Relevant experience in sales of FTL Logistics-Current and preferred location-Team Size managed-Size of business managed
